Welcome to Yugmio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yugmio's dating application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Yugmio AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Yugmio," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Yugmio. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are not prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
  • You have not been previously banned from using Yugmio

3. Account Registration and Security

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Post or transmit sexually explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Engage in spam, scams, or fraudulent activities

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services
  • Solicit money or engage in commercial activities without permission
  • Create multiple accounts or share your account with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you post on Yugmio ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and improving our Services.

5.2 Our Content

All content on Yugmio, including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI algorithms, is owned by Yugmio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

5.3 Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove User Content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to do so.

6. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

Yugmio offers premium subscription plans with additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

6.2 Billing and Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

6.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

7. AI Matching and Compatibility

Yugmio uses artificial intelligence, astrology, and numerology to suggest compatible matches. While we strive for accuracy:

  • We do not guarantee that you will find a match or relationship
  • Compatibility scores are predictions, not guarantees
  • You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions
  • We are not liable for the outcome of any relationships formed through our Services

8. Safety and Reporting

Your safety is important to us. If you experience harassment, inappropriate behavior, or safety concerns:

  • Use our in-app reporting tools to report users or content

  • Contact local law enforcement for serious safety concerns

We reserve the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the app or contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your data, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUGMIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not conduct background checks on users and make no representations about user conduct or safety.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yugmio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another user or third party
  • Your User Content

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration laws, except where prohibited by law.
