Our Commitment to Child Safety
Yugmio is committed to providing a safe environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are dedicated to protecting children and preventing our platform from being used for any form of child exploitation or abuse.
This document outlines our standards, policies, and practices to prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.
1. Age Restriction Policy
Yugmio is strictly for adults only:
- Minimum Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use Yugmio
- Age Verification: We implement age verification measures during the registration process
- Profile Review: Our moderation team reviews profiles to identify and remove underage users
- Immediate Action: Any account found to be operated by a minor is immediately suspended and removed
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Yugmio:
- Any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, text, or any other media
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Solicitation or grooming of minors
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates child exploitation
- Links to external sites containing illegal content involving minors
- Any attempt to contact or communicate with minors for inappropriate purposes
3. Detection and Prevention Measures
We employ multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent CSAM and child exploitation:
- Automated Scanning: We use industry-standard technologies to detect and prevent the upload of known CSAM
- AI-Powered Moderation: Machine learning systems help identify potentially harmful content and suspicious behavior patterns
- Human Review: Trained moderators review flagged content and reports
- Behavioral Analysis: We monitor for grooming patterns and suspicious account activity
- Keyword Filtering: Automated systems filter communications for inappropriate content related to minors
4. Reporting Mechanisms
Yugmio provides multiple ways to report child safety concerns:
- In-App Reporting: Users can report profiles, messages, or content directly within the app using the report function
- Email Reports: Send reports to safety@yugmio.com
- 24/7 Monitoring: Our safety team monitors reports around the clock
- Anonymous Reporting: Users can submit reports anonymously without fear of retaliation
All reports involving potential child exploitation are treated with the highest priority and are reviewed immediately.
5. Response and Enforcement
When we identify or receive reports of potential CSAM or child exploitation, we take immediate action:
- Immediate Suspension: Accounts suspected of involvement in child exploitation are immediately suspended pending investigation
- Content Removal: Any violating content is removed immediately upon detection
- Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all apparent violations of child exploitation laws to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies
- Evidence Preservation: We preserve evidence as required by law to assist in investigations
- Permanent Ban: Users found to violate child safety policies are permanently banned from our platform
6. Cooperation with Authorities
Yugmio is committed to working with law enforcement and child protection organizations:
- We comply with all applicable laws regarding the reporting of CSAM and child exploitation
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- We report to NCMEC through the CyberTipline as required by law
- We work with regional and national authorities to report and address child safety concerns
- We participate in industry initiatives to combat online child exploitation
7. Staff Training and Accountability
Our team is trained and equipped to handle child safety matters:
- All content moderators receive specialized training on identifying CSAM and exploitation indicators
- Regular training updates on emerging threats and detection methods
- Clear escalation procedures for handling sensitive reports
- Mental health support for staff members who review harmful content
- Designated child safety team responsible for policy implementation and oversight

We are committed to continuously improving our child safety measures:
